Joyful Noise Fun & Learning Center

Joyful Noise Fun & Learning Center is an interdenominational Christian learning center for children aged two and one half through age five. We support the growth and development of the whole child, social,emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual. Our children will learn by doing in a loving, nurturing environment.

Joyful Noise is a part of the overall ministry of Hope Presbyterian Church and shares the direction and mission of the church. We are licensed by the State of Maryland and are overseen by the Department of Education.

Hours of Operation

Open Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Breakfast is provided and served at 9:00 am
Lunches are brought from home to be safely stored in our refrigerator. A microwave is available for ‘heat-ups’.
An afternoon snack is provided and served after a quiet nap time from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Daily Activities

Our daily activities include many opportunities to learn in group situations as well as receiving individual attention. Each day we gather together to sing, dance, and listen to stories before trying our hand at the ‘art’ project and exploring the many learning centers in our bright and cheerful room. Our fenced in playground offers lots of ways to stretch those large motor muscles and expend some of our unlimited energy while enjoying the fresh air.

Holidays

We are open year round except for the following holidays:

New Year’s Day
Good Friday and Easter Monday
Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
A two-day Christmas Holiday
The last two weeks before Labor Day

Inclement Weather Closings and Delayed Openings

We use Baltimore County as a guide. If the county closes schools, we will open 2 hours late at 9:00 am, unless you receive a phone call from us canceling the day. The late opening gives us a chance to assess our immediate area and decide if opening will be feasible and safe. Any late openings by Baltimore County will mean that Joyful Noise will open one hour late at 8:00 am.

Rates and Payment Schedule

Registration Fee: $50 one time, non-refundable
Tuition Deposit: One weeks tuition to be paid in advance and held until child’s last week of enrollment.
Insurance Fee: $10 Preschool Accident Insurance for all students payable each year in September.

Late Pick up Fee: $10 for every 15 minutes or part thereof after 6:00 closing time.
